How do I install the mounting solutions?

Installation is as easy as tightening 2 nuts for each bracket. And depending on your wiring requirements, we will offer support for that over the phone or email. Currently, instructions are not included with our product, but our customer support is available to assist with any questions. Are the exo-mount brackets compatible with all cybertruck models?

Our mounting solutions are designed to fit all cybertruck models, providing a seamless solution for cybertruck owners. But they will work on any truckbed equipped with an L-track system. They are optimized to fit on CT and not take away any function or loss of security in the vault with respect to the tonneau cover in particular.

what kind of flagpole or high visibility whip can i put on the exo-mount bracket?

Most glow whips, whether or not they have quick disconnects or spring flex bases, are compatible. This includes illuminated or solid fiberglass rods of any length up to 10 feet. Even the compact, durable 2-foot fatbody RGB LED whips work. Basically, anything that can be bolted through a single 1/2" hole in a centered position on a 2.5" diameter heavy steel plate platform.

  2. Return Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in the RMA instructions. Include the RMA number on the package.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement upon verification.

4. Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, contact us to confirm availability. Follow the same return process, and we’ll ship the replacement once we receive the original item.
